"ITSC" stands for the "Instructional Technology Support Centre" at Sheridan. Common areas of support provided at the ITSC include: Network issues, Sheridan account credentials, general laptop troubleshooting. On the other hand, the "Service Desk" is Sheridan's "your front door to technology services at Sheridan."
