Before you start:
You should check your Internet connection to make sure you meet some minimum requirements for speed.
Using HP RGS, you can have a solid connection with just 3-5 Megabits per second of bandwidth; however, if the screen is in constant motion like a full screen movie, or 3D work, the bandwidth usage can be much higher. Latency/ping of over 200ms, will be difficult with RGS.

1. Please use a wired internet connection if possible. A solid internet connection is very important.
2. If no wired connection is available, please try to sit in a spot where you can get strong WiFi signal. Please be aware if using WiFi, your experience/performance can be impacted.
3. Please make sure to follow the directions below. Failure to do so, may result in a loss of VPN/RGS connectivity, which may mean that you are no longer able to access the machine remotely.
