The RemoteMac application (on both macOS and Windows) will automatically look you up in the Sheridan directory service to determine which program you are enrolled in. If you are already in a program that is eligible, RemoteMac will proceed as expected.

However, you will likely get an error message stating that you are not authorized for usage if... 

• You are not a currently enrolled student
• You are not a member of a Faculty of Arts, Animation & Design program
• You are a student taking individual courses, but not enrolled in a full program
