Now that you are required to change your Access Sheridan password regularly, you will need to update the passwords in your Mac or iOS settings. Sometimes, the system will prompt you to make these changes, otherwise to make sure all your email, address book and calendar functions as well as printing and other work features keep working properly you will need to input the new password into the system.

This will need to be updated every time your password changes.
